This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the VENUS Gallery, VENUS & CULTURE and SHINY Media websites (venus.gallery and shiny.media), read the magazines and use the The.VENUS.Gallery and The.SHINY.Media photo albums (the.venus.gallery and the.shiny.media), including the album games. The WorldcApp and VENUS Gallery apps and the contests are covered by the WorldcApp Privacy Policy.

3.1 Sign-in (WorldcApp account):
Sign-in to the albums and to the reserved magazines goes through account.worldcapp.com, WorldcApp's single sign-in service: the account is the same for the VENUS and SHINY albums, the magazines and the apps.

The game leaderboards are public and show your account name next to your score. You can also play without an account: in that case the game is not linked to any name.

We sell nothing on these websites: we do not process payments or payment card data.
The album photos are community content published through WorldcApp, together with the names of the author and of the people portrayed: their processing is described in the WorldcApp Privacy Policy. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, you can use "Report this photo" or write to us.
We do not sell your data to anyone. These providers process it on our behalf, only as far as needed:
Some album videos are embedded from YouTube: when you play one, YouTube receives your browser data and may set its own cookies according to its policy.
We may disclose data to the authorities where the law requires it.
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to know which pages are visited and from which devices. It is not enabled until you accept statistics cookies in the banner, and in the albums it is enabled only for visitors who are not signed in. We never send your name or email to Google. Postmark and Google may process data in the United States. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which the providers participate, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
When the data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use HTTPS connections, up-to-date servers, access restricted to authorized staff, firewalls and regular backups. No system is one hundred percent secure, but we do our best to protect your data.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise these rights write to info@venus.gallery: we reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is not processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
Sign-in to the albums and magazines is reserved for adults. If we find out we have collected data from a minor, we delete it together with the account.
Our websites contain links to other websites, including those of our partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices: please read their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date of the last change is always shown at the top; for important changes we post a notice on the website.
This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law; the courts of Milan have jurisdiction over any dispute. The Italian version is the reference one: translations are provided for convenience.
